These terms are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and do not require a physical or digital signature.
We are a residential real estate advisory and registered real estate agent under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, registered with MahaRERA under number A011332601025, held in the name of Prakash Singh. We advise home buyers and connect them with projects and sellers.
We are not the developer, promoter, builder or owner of the properties listed on this website, unless a listing expressly says so. We do not construct, sell or convey property in our own right. The contract to purchase a home is always between you and the promoter or seller — not between you and us.
Our role ends where the sale agreement begins: we help you find, compare, evaluate and negotiate, and we assist you through the paperwork, but the transaction itself is yours and the seller's.

These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or with your use of this website, are governed by the laws of India.
The courts at Thane, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction, save that nothing here displaces the jurisdiction of MahaRERA or of any consumer forum where a buyer is entitled to approach it.
